Three separate patient inboxes became one thread, with the chatbot answering the routine questions and handing the rest to an agent without the patient noticing the seam.

A mailing list and a Facebook group became a platform with profiles, event pages, and moderation tooling — server-rendered, because the members were spread across twenty-odd countries and connections.

Started on the long tail — company profiles, landing pages, small dashboards. It is where the table, the filter bar, and the form layer everything since has borrowed came from.
